Larch & Lake was founded in 2014 by Elena Marsh, after twenty years selling under another name on the Atlantic coast. Roman Stahl joined as associate broker in 2018, after restoring two homes in Hope and deciding he'd rather sell architecture than only build it.

We keep the book small. We turn away listings that aren't worth the photographs. We do this because we like sleeping at night and because the lakes don't deserve to be sold by people who don't drive home along them every evening.
